your order. All oil painting mediums are considered hazardous and are
prohibited from next-day and 2nd day shipping services.

PAYMENT METHODS
Acceptable forms of payment for on-line ordering are: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX,
DISCOVER.

RETURNS
If after inspection of your order you do not want an item or if you purchased
too much of a particular item you may want to return it to us. It must be in
the original wrapping or container and must arrive back to us in resalable
condition. We will credit you only for the original purchase price of an item.
Custom products such as sectional aluminum frames are not returnable.

BACK ORDERS - NEW POLICY
In order to keeps prices and shipping low, ASW will only allow backorders totaling $35.00 or more. All other backorders will be automatically cancelled.

WAREHOUSE SERVICE
Normal orders of in-stock merchandise will leave our warehouse within two
business days, but may take up to a week during peak business times. Sectional
frames and pre-cut mats are custom made so please allow additional time for
delivery.
