Hooker’s Green
|
Originally produced as a mixed-pigment colour, combining Prussian Blue with Gamboge, the result was a green with good depth and clarity. Due to the poor lightfastness of the Gamboge, however, it would shift to blue over time. The contemporary W&N Hooker’s Green offers the clarity and depth of the original colour with improved brilliance and very good lightfastness.
