Perylene Maroon

A rich, clean mixing maroon showing a crisp orange in the undertone semi-transparent and an unusually good mixer without muddying.  The Perylene family of pigments date back to 1957.  Depending upon slight “tweaks” to the chemical structure, a wide range of colours are possible, from scarlets to maroon to green.
