When we were offered this table we wanted to know the reason our customers would want such a table. Essentially what we found out is that this is the table to own if you don't need to fold down the table like the Berkeley table. This is much more rigid and has some really nice features like a footrest and a front book shelf built into the base. The adjustments are very positive meaning that you just need to loosen two knobs (one on each side) and glide the table up or down or lock the table in place. This table is a replica of a famous Italian table imported by Martin many years ago. The difference is essentially the price. That table sold for twice as much! The pencil trough up front holds a huge amount of supplies in front of you and the side tray insures that everything is in arm's reach. We think you'll really love it.
