The Super Prism™ has set the standard for artist-quality opaque projectors for over ten years. It is one of three projectors in the Artograph range that we highly recommend for projecting bright, clear, and color corrected images onto any wall, canvas, paper or board. This top-loading projector features a generous, 7"x7" glass stage, with plenty of room for placing your original artwork, books or small size 3-D objects. It also includes 500 watts (two 250 watt bulbs) of color-corrected, photo-quality, incandescent light, ensuring crisp, bright white images every time. The bulbs only last about 20 hours, so it's never a bad idea to have a couple of spare bulbs available. A cooling chamber and thermal overload protection help keep the original artwork cool while you work. Copy clips keep the art in position, even when the unit is tilted, and the dual magnetic latch keeps the copy cover secure. The Super Prism™ comes with two high quality lenses. The first is the same 225mm, f/4.8 lens that comes with the standard Prism™ Projector. This lens provides a horizontal projection range up to 20x the original size, and reduction ability up to 80% of the original size, simply by reversing the lens. The second is a 240mm, f/4.5 Super Lens. This is a three element, color-corrected lens that works great for fine detail images, projecting originals from 3x to 20x original size. This model can also be used for vertical projections onto a tabletop when using the Prism Table Stand (sold separately).
