Best Brackets, Corners and Keys for Stretcher Bar Systems
- 2 Piece Bracket Set - An innovative approach to using cross braces! Designed to fit all sizes of Richeson/BEST Cross Braces, our sturdy cross brace bracket is the ideal way to support a stretched canvas. We recommend using cross braces for any canvas over 36".
- L Corner Brackets - These corners are only to be used with the BEST Aluminum Stretcher Bars. Only one corner is needed for each corner, but two steel corners are recommended for optimum strength. Required for assembly of all sizes. Sizes over 48" should be secured with two brackets per corner. Box of 4.
- Stretcher Key Kit - Each kit contains a set of four keys which can be mounted by using the pre-drilled holes on the Aluminum Stretcher Bars. Highly recommended if tightening and loosening of the canvas is desired. May also be used on wooden bars.
- Masonite Corners - These are a simple but worthwhile accessory to protect paintings. These corners are an exact 90° angle. The predrilled holes make mounting easy. To ensure that canvas corners will remain square, just nail one masonite panel to each of the four corners of the canvas. Available in 8" and 12" sizes, each in packs of 4.
