Description Galkyd Lite #2 is an alkyd resin medium with a low viscosity that is very similar to a traditional damar/refined linseed oil/turpentine painting medium. Glazes made with Galkyd Lite look less glossy than those made with traditional mediums or Galkyd. Galkyd Lite is perfect for painters who prefer a lighter painting medium or want a shorter working time. Dries to the touch in about 3 hours; thin layers are ready to paint over within 24 hours. Thins with solvent. |
