Unlike the commercial Swiss-Micro Velour paper this one will not shed or develop loose particles. The velour surface is uniform, providing for crisp, responsive strokes, and because the fiber color is lightfast, this paper will not fade. Acid-free backing prevents yellowing and decay. 260 gram weight also good for acrylic painting and framing.
