These beefy, round pastels are made in Switzerland in a special process that produces a velvety smooth stroke without any hard spots. Their high concentration of pure artist pigments gives all the colors an extremely vibrant hue with excellent covering power.

All colors are lightfast for permanent works of art and adhere extremely well to paper allowing for a minimum amount of fixing. Although they are very soft they are not brittle so they crumble much less than other brands. They also carry an AP Non-Toxic seal making them safe for artists at all ages and skill levels.
