Lukas Berlin is a high quality oil color made with pure linseed and sunflower oils as a binder for the finest pigments used in other Lukas oil colors. Additives have been modified to combine water with oil and not reject it. This makes it possible to mix Lukas Berlin with water and clean it with soap and water; however it dries as a normal waterproof oil color.
