Made in Russia these canvases are handmade to professional standards using a process that no domestic manufacturer offers.

The process begins by squaring four heavy duty wood stretcher bars and stretching the finest unprimed linen over them. After stretching the canvas is sized and triple primed with either an all media acid-free primer or oil based acid-free primer. Finished canvases are tight as a drum. You can tell that this process was used since even the staples have been primed over.
