This 17.5 × 13 × 30.5” transport system on wheels has a top unit measuring 18 × 13 × 16.25” and a bottom unit measuring 18 × 13 × 14.25”. It incorporates a locking two-stage handle, double reinforced side handles for secure support when lifting bottom unit, sturdy double skate wheels for smooth rolling and solid wall inserts to protect interior contents.

Top unit with outside webbing strap features an adjustable hook and loop closure and a top flap with 26 individual loops for markers, brushes and other tools.

A large interior back pocket with protective flap holds up to a 12 × 12” book. An interior adjustable strap secures contents, while side buckles connect it to the bottom unit. A shoulder strap allows you to carry top unit separately.
