These fine artist acrylic colors have been created to perform to professional standards, to have lovely brilliant colors, a wide tinting range and good brushability. All colors are AP non-toxic and conform to ASTM D4236 health requirements. All are light-fast and all form a lustrous finish when dry. These acrylics when dry are permanent and waterproof and may be applied to traditional artist canvas, clear primed or traditionally primed illustration boards and watercolor papers, stucco, cement, rocks, wood and brick. The 49 color range has a complete color spectrum to keep mixing to a minimum. They are intended for artists on a budget and for students seeking a higher quality acrylic then student quality acrylics but at a modest price. Colors have great covering power allowing for one stroke coverage. The use of gels will make color more transparent for glazing and other applications.

In some cases traditional pigments have been substituted for high quality synthetic pigments that are rich and lightfast. This reduces cost, creates a totally lightfast line and reduces the toxicity.
