Sennelier La Carte Pastel Board offers a unique surface created specifically for pastel artists. Finely ground, pH neutral vegetable flakes are hand applied to 200 lb. pH neutral board stock, yielding a paper that is slightly abrasive yet has a perfectly smooth and uniform tooth. Pigment adhesion is so good that fixative is hardly needed. La Carte Pastel enhances all dry media, whether soft or oil pastel, charcoal, or pencil. It is sturdy, archival, and highly resistant to fading. La Carte is available in 19.5" x 25.5" and 23.5" x 31.5" sizes.
