German Genuine Gold & Precious Metal Leaf - 22kt gold is characterized by an orange hue. 22kt is the most common used for guilding in the USA. Pure Palladium is a silver colored metal that is resistant to corrosives and therefore best for exterior guilding. Moon Gold is 21Kt and contains a mixture of gold, palladium and silver. French Pale Gold is a 22kt gold with a pale but definitive hue. 12kt White Gold has been gaining great popularity since it won't tarnish and offers a totally different hue than Palladium. Silver leaf is made of pure silver with no alloys. Sliver Leaf Measures 3.75" × 3.75". All Gold and Palladium leaf measure 3-3/8" × 3-3/8". 23kt and 22kt are Ducate Double Gold which is heavier than standard leaf by 10 to 20%.
