RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If after receiving your order you decide that you do not want an item or if you purchased too much of a particular item you may send it back to us at your expense. Please use the Pre-Authorized Return Form on the back of your packing slip. Returned items must be in the original packaging and must arrive back to us in resalable condition. You will receive credit in the original form of payment for the original purchase price of the item(s).
Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Custom frames, precut mats, flat files and DVDs are not returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please give us a call immediately at 1-800-995-6778 and our customer service representatives will work with you to correct the situation.

BACK ORDER POLICY
ASW allows items totaling $35.00 or more to be backordered.
Backorder items totaling less than $35 will be automatically cancelled unless you indicate that you would like the order held for complete shipment.
INSTITUTIONAL PURCHASE ORDERS
ASW will accept institutional purchase orders after establishing a credit account with us. If you are a school or institution please contact us for an application form.
Purchase orders require a minimum of $250 per order.
POs with out of stock merchandise must be held for complete shipment.
Please indicate when ordering if out of stock items should be cancelled off the order or if the entire order should be held for complete shipment.
