Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders received before 11:00 AM EST on a weekday will most likely ship the same business day. If you have an out of stock item on your order, it could hold up the shipment. Please see our back order policy for more details. Our warehouse is located in Henderson, NC. Your estimated transit time will vary based on your proximity to our warehouse. Sectional frames and pre-cut mats are custom made so please allow additional time for delivery.

OVERSIZED FREIGHT
Some items in our inventory can only be shipped by truck because of their size. In those cases, freight charges will be calculated during the shipping step of checkout. Oversize freight items are indicated on our web site by the truck icon shown to the right.
