Tom Jones Watercolor Palette
Over many years of teaching painting workshops I listened to the suggestions of watercolorists on how to improve the watercolor palette. Many artists stated that most palettes were made of thin plastic and did not last because of cracking and bowing and had to be replaced after several months. They also stated that the paint mixing area was small and shallow and paint from the mixing area splashed into the wells or paint in the wells ran into the mixing area creating a mess and wasting paint. Artists also said the wells were too small in most palettes which limited the use of larger brushes. My new palette solves all those problems!
